Good lawyers encourage their clients to be impartial and seek a fair settlement of their case. They take the time to tell their clients that finding their own solution produces a better outcome than having one forced on them by a Judge or jury. It’s attorney Heath Grob’s familiarity with those client discussions and his knowledge of litigation costs that make him an effective mediator and arbitrator. His logical approach and focus on letting people explain their concerns leads to more parties saying “yes” and solving their case earlier. Whether it’s pre-lawsuit or by order of the Court, we’re ready to help you find cost effective solutions that produce an agreement everyone can accept.
We specialize in the following mediations:
• Pre-Lawsuit Case Reviews
• Small & Large Construction Disputes
• Business Partnership Conflicts
• Contractor/Subcontractor Disputes
• Small Business Buyouts & Valuations
• Homeowner & Property Association Issues
It’s easy to reach our newly remodeled state-of-the-art office in downtown Rockwall by using Interstate 30, President George Bush Tollway, or State Highway 66. High speed wireless internet, ample parking, and two large conference rooms capable of holding 12 people each (with several smaller rooms for other interest holders) means there’s no number of participants that’s too many. Our office layout allows family law mediations where clients can feel comfortable being in separate areas with their own exits. Our conference rooms are fully stocked with beverages, coffee, and snacks for half-day mediations and we provide lunch from one of Rockwall’s favorite local restaurants for our full day mediations.
Our mediation schedules are flexible and work for any type of case. We offer a 4 hour “half-day” mediation or an 8 hour “full-day” mediation. The half day mediations start at 9:00 A.M. or 1:00 P.M., and our full day mediations start at 9:00 A.M. and end at 5:00 P.M. If the mediation needs to continue past 5:00 P.M., we charge a reasonable per hour rate.
