My husband and I highly recommend Heath as an attorney. We believe and trust him. Currently, my husband has an ongoing civil case against a Real Estate Agent and her employer, a big real estate company. My husband lost a significant amount of money in real estate buying and leasing transactions using 1031 Exchange provisions. We are blessed to have Heath as our attorney (and his paralegal, Rikki). On our first meeting with Heath, we brought him a 1&1/2-inch binder, full of documents that I organized in chronological order with a table of contents. Heath read the documents and understood the complaints within 20 minutes. He was fast, thorough, a great explainer, and a real expert of his profession. I was amazed. He told us about the step-by-step legal process and what to expect. Also, his fee per minute is affordable compared to other attorneys. My husband already won with his complaint at the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). I will update this review when the civil case is done.

No one wants to hire an attorney but if you do you want someone that knows his trade and in this case, construction contract law. Knowing is up front more than half the battle. Not having to pay to have someone explore the law books to even give an answer is the other. While no law suit can be descibed as fun it's more comforting to know you have expertise on your side. Heath got my case settled. I was in a contract that was breached and I contacted Mr Grob about getting my case settled. My case took several months to complete but Mr Grob's law office got it settled.

Justin refused to communicate with my family and I except on court days. He never returned calls or communicated on my behalf as I requested and when i asked why he just stared at me and said he only communicates with clients. He refused to communicate with me. He refused to file motions and left me to do it myself. He in no way, shape or form did anything helpful for my case. A hearsay case with no complaining witness should have been dismissed but he refused to fight for it. He continued to drag my case out instead of give a quick resolution. The best he could offer was 4 years deferred probation on a case that should have been dismissed.I would not recommend anyone using him to defend them as he is more concerned with pleasing the prosecutor than fighting for your innocence.i will be filing a formal complaint with the bar so that others do not get let down like I was.

I sat an listen to the lawyer himself tell my client he had 700 dollar refund coming to him in the mail a month ago and till this day he has never received it and when we call his secretary says she will have him call back which is a call back we never received be careful using this lawyer

Edit:, I have the emails as proof, I was overly obsessive about getting everything done because I had never been in such a situation, but hey, thanks for finally replying with your excuse as to why you dropped me as a client, that much is true. 3 years later. In the end, I got everything together myself, the mediator meeting you were suppose to set up included and I got my case handled, in my favor at that (debunks your excuse as to why you dropped me). But again, thanks for the excuse sir. Hope all is well! P.s I only had 150/200 left of my 2k retainer so yeah about that full refund. P.s.s do you normally refund clients who don’t listen to you and go against court rulings? Sounds like you would be owed that money because they didn’t listen? That doesn’t make much sense.. During one of the scariest moments in your life this guy will up and leave your case hanging! I was appalled and disappointed in the way he handled my case (child custody).
