No one wants to hire an attorney but if you do you want someone that knows his trade and in this case, construction contract law. Knowing is up front more than half the battle. Not having to pay to have someone explore the law books to even give an answer is the other. While no law suit can be descibed as fun it's more comforting to know you have expertise on your side. During one of the scariest moments in your life this guy will up and leave your case hanging! I was appalled and disappointed in the way he handled my case (child custody).
